Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall, very nice sofa!! 4 1/2 stars! Firm yet luxurious. Massage features work very well and the heat in the lower lumbar ease my chronic back issues nicely. This is the 1st time I have had a powered recliner. It takes a while to get used to how slow it is every time one has to get out of it or lay back in it. Buttons on the inside armrest are much nicely than the far reach on other recliners with the buttons on the exterior arm rest, but be careful not to keep hitting the buttons with your thighs. Service in set-up was 5 stars... gentlemen were timely, friendly, professional, and efficient.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Looking Furniture - We Love the Heat, Massage, Phone Chargers, Reading Lights Too It seems to be a really nice couch. It’s quite comfortable. It nice and tall and I’m taking one star off because as you can see from the picture it doesn’t line up properly when it’s all closed and put down. The left foot rest looks off. Doesn’t quite go all the way closed. I got closer and looked underneath and the actual frame from left or right is bent in the front and it looks to be a little too strong for me to bend it back. I have half a mind to call service out, but I really don’t know what they’re gonna do with it and I don’t know if I want to go through that right now. We picked up the reclining sofa about three or four weeks ago and we just got the reclining chair today. It was on backorder for a longer period than the couch. The chair appeared to have been opened at one time as the cord was wrapped around the power supply and not a factory, packaged with a twist tie like you normally see. The motor actuator noise on the chair is different sounding than the couch. It’s a little bit louder and not as refined sounding.

We had a service guy who came out said the motor was bad, so now we’re waiting on a part and for him to come back and hopefully fix it. The other side is great especially the massage & heater. I will be very happy when both sides work.
