Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with shipping to an address outside the state of Iowa will automatically receive the closest shipping date at checkout. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, mattresses, bed pillows, all Sauder brand products, and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after pickup or delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and shipping/delivery charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TonyR from A few modifications could make it better! The furniture is great. If I could change two things; one would be the place to plug in your phone or I pad. Instead of having the plug protrude from the side, where it could get bent, the plug and controls would be better placed on the armrest where it could be plugged in from above. Second, the column hiding the cup holders, when opened, can swallow the remote controls. It happened to me! Not good! Otherwise, it appears to be well made and is very comfortable.

And the stereo isn't that impressive when in your house. To add; the lights in the drink holder are tacky.almost to the point of being at a bar/ lounge. The qualityof leather is great. But this item is made for people 5'10" and under to own.
