They are not comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I was hoping to place them with my kitchen table for extra seating but unfortunately they are too short for that. They do fold up decently well for being wooden chairs. I wouldn’t be using these to take somewhere else other than my house as they are too heavy for that kind of transport.

The faux leather pad is comfortable and are easy to clean. It is foldable which allows for extra room when not in use. We use it at study desk and for extra seating. No assembly is required.
